SOUTH AFRICAN PAVILION IN CHINA

The DTI (Department of Trade and Industry) represents South Africa in China at various exhibitions.  It was important to create a stand plan that provided adequate space for individual exhibitor booths with sufficient walkway space.  Members of the DTI would represent their product and service offering overseas under the South African pavilion.  The overall image of the exhibition was contemporary and neat.  The South African national flag was strategically placed on towers at every corner.

A welcome desk with AV was located at the entrance to the island stand configuration.  Visitors could make use of the business lounge with comfortable seating and video footage of the country's respective business sectors.  There was even room for a kitchen where hospitality preparation could be done.  China is SA's top trading partner in exports and imports.
