LAUNCH EVENT FOR CLARA ANNA FONTEIN

XZIBIT created an environment to launch phase 2 of the exclusive lifestyle estate Clara Anna Fontein for Rabie. The concept was to provide pre-qualified property investors with an experience that related to estate living – a combination of contemporary design complimented by the beautiful natural surroundings of the area.

The overall look-and-feel of the event was rustic and natural with hints of current trends carried through in the furniture, décor and styling elements. The private, outdoor event was organized under a stretch tent between the existing, historic buildings and surrounded by lush open areas, protected wetlands and a private game reserve.

Guests were comfortably entertained in the magnificent setting while brokers provided further information and engagement for the development. Property investors were able to bid on plots with Louw Coetzee facilitating the OTP process on site.

Hostesses handed guest’s pre-printed postcards that served as memorabilia for the event. Photography included landscapes, wildlife, plants and mood shots of the development.
